CONDICIONES

• Es uno por viajero.
• No se acumula con otras promociones.

WHAT IT IS

It is a bonus for your next expedition with Alpha. You receive it if you came to Alpha through a partner that has agreed this benefit with us.

If the partner you came through is not listed here, there is no bonus attached.

WHEN IT ACTIVATES

It activates when you finish the expedition you received it with.

If that booking is cancelled and you don’t travel, the bonus does not activate. If you keep your payment as a credit, it activates when you take that trip.

It is subject to the partner confirming that you came to Alpha through them.

VALIDITY

You can use it for 12 months from the day your expedition ends. The exact date is on your bonus.

If you don’t use it within that period, it expires without compensation.

HOW TO USE IT

When you book your next expedition, tell us your bonus code. We apply it as a discount on the price.

If the expedition is priced in US dollars, USD 40 is deducted. If it is charged in Colombian pesos, it is converted at the official exchange rate (TRM) on the day you use it.

CONDITIONS

• One per traveller.
• It cannot be combined with other promotions.
• It is personal and cannot be transferred.
• It cannot be exchanged for cash.
• It can only be used on Alpha expeditions. It does not apply to flights, government fees or services you pay directly to third parties.

CHANGES

Alpha may change these conditions for new bonuses. Bonuses already issued keep the conditions they were issued with.
